Finn 612 Mount for Valmet Hunter?

Anyone know if this mount would fit a Valmet Petra?
Help would be much appreciated, I am trying to mount a 30mm scope and I only have a Valmet 412 1" scope mount.

Looking to avoid paying $500 for a Tikka/Sako 412/512 mount and waiting months for it to arrive from europe.

the problem with that mount is you re adding height on the sights and there is a change you cannot see them anymore.

I'm asking if it fits.

the height issue can be easily corrected by getting extra low rings.

you will still not see the open sights once fitted. and the system made for 412, 412s. 512 and 612s but i do not know what kind of mount is working on the petra if your 412s system works then the 612s should work.

I dont see my open sights with my regular scope mount anyway... also the 612 is made by a completely differebt company..

marocchi is the italian company making the valmet 512 and 612 based on the 412 patent.

OP, have you tried measuring the rail and see what's compatible?
https://www.optics-trade(dot)eu/ have a pretty wide variety. Otherwise check directly with on of the manufacturer like Mikron & Rusan?
