Finnish Lahti M39 20mm

Can anyone see any legal problems with having a Finnish Lahti M39 20mm anti tank rifle? How about legal issues in importing one (not from the US)? Also IF I were to pick one up, would anyone know where to find ammo and parts?

I suspect that because of the large caliber, the directorate of controlled goods may want you to register with them prior to import.
