So, the question stands, which rifle has a better repor?
Which is shorter/better sites? What are the general range reports of accuracy from people using these two models of rifle?

Opinions and pictures welcome

My m27 seems to shoot about 2 feet high at 100 Yards for some reason. Other then that I love the heavy barrel profile and the overall higher quality of the Finn rifle. It was very sturdy, and was consistant on where it was shooting. There's a lot more wood used in the FINN rifles then the Russian ones. So it give a better feel.

The M/39 is definately more accurate and has better sights than the M/27. My M/27 is good, but my M/39 is amazing.

If you can afford both, by any means, buy them.
Then when you get tired of the M-27 looks, you can sell it to me...
PP. ;)

BTW, Simo Hayha killed most of his opponents with an M-28 and a Suomi KP-31 submachine gun.
An M-28 because it was probably the best rifle he could get his hands on at the time.
I don't think M-39 were widely available at that time.
Later on, he was presented an M-28/30 but said he preferred his M-28 because he "was used to it".
