I'm trying to figure out what regiment the stock disc in my M91 is. It just has a 23 on it, and I am assuming it was used by the 23rd Division, which was created in 1939. Unfortunately, that's all the information I have on the 23rd. Any info is appreciated!

As a P.S., it's a 1915 dated Peter the Great Tula, still has the original one piece Russian stock.
