Finnish Mosin Mark

My Finnish Mosin has 2 marks on the receiver tang. One is a capital E in a circle. Next to it is a H with an arrow from the middle of the H. Also there are a plain P and an N in a circle on the bottom of the receiver. Is this a Westinghouse receiver?

If it is a Westinghouse example, the barrel stamp should look similar to this:

It has a VKT barrel. I just found the mark on 7.62x54r dot net. It is a Westinghouse according to the pic I saw there. It has the capital H with an arrow coming out from the center on the Tang. Like this.

She sounds like a VKT built Finnish Mosin that re-used a Westinghouse receiver. I'd love to see some pictures .
