Finnish Mosin Nagant M39 2-Stage Trigger

You will not be disappointed. The trigger on my M39 rivals, or dare I say is even better than, the trigger on my K31. I consider myself very fortunate to have lucked into a mint condition M39 and I thoroughly enjoy shooting it.

From what I read online, Fitting might be required and I will also do a trigger job on it. And others said that its drop right in.

Either way, Its cheaper then a timney and keeps my M38 original if I decided to sell it.

The reason I didn't want a timney is you have to dremel the stock for the trigger to fit. and I have a wartime M38 stock that I don't want to bubba.

The M39 trigger is excellent. Just for interest sake, look up the M27 trigger. It's different in that it's not directly pinned to the receiver among other differences. It's actually hung by a smaller pin through the sear. Those Finns really knew how to fine tune the Mosin Nagant that's for sure.

The m39 trigger mod was done primarily to compensate for wear not to improve trigger feel (although it can). Just like the original trigger, careful fitting will yield the best results.
