yea that was some crazy leet speak. No wonder your form was rejected, you can barley put together a literate forum post, hah!

So please correct me because I must have read this gentleman's post wrong. He is saying that he purchased and took home a non-restricted and restricted firearm only by passing the pal and rpal exams, he did not have to wait for his application to be processed and approved?

I believe that if you read his post it says that the gun store owner allowed him to purchase the guns but did not allow them to leave the store. The paperwork that he filled out was to get the PAL/RPAL card after taking the courses. Then he had to wait for 2 months to get his card. Therefore, he now has his card and will be able to pick up the guns that he has purchased. This is the only possibility that makes any sense to me.

I do not believe that any firearm dealer would be crazy enough to let a firearm leave the store without the person having a PAL at a minimum.
