They are artists, and probably won't be easy to find on Goofle. The custom work is word of mouth. Suggest you need to get the Safari Club International types to ask on your behalf.

Dis Google show you James Galts Goldsmiths in Calgary? I believe it was him at the Calgary GS years ago that I watched with interest.

there is also Bruce Bradshaw in Toronto : https://www.bradshawgunengraver.com/index.html

He did some lettering for me on a muzzle loader ... very reasonable pricing.

I found him through the engraver's notebook group on Google. and YES it is very difficult to find any hand engravers in Canada.

Warren Smith out of Armstrong B.C., he posts more jewelry online such as signet rings but he shares pics of firearms as well. The Coast Handworks Co. is his name, google him up. He does nice work.

Start by searching for engravers, then for hand engravers, then for firearms hand engravers, and fiddle the searches with your local area.

There are a lot more out there than it seems.

I had once a 10*10" Photograph Laser engraved on a Wooden Box. Detail came out exactly like the picture. I think the price was 40 Bucks, what a Bargain.

Not sure but I think Lasers can also engrave Metal too as long it is Flat.
