Firearm Registration?

I just purchased a firearm from a Canadian gun dealer. The firearm has since arrived at my residence. In terms of registration, is there anything else I have to do or is the registration automatically taken care of during the purchase/transfer process? Please let me know.

Nope, the dealer took care of everything and your registration card should come in the mail shortly. And like what happened to me, I got my registration card in the mail, 2 weeks LATER I got a notice in the mail that the tranfer has been approved and the registration card is on the way LOL

You have to never ever let your firearms license (PAL) expire. Never ever!

You have to keep all of your records. You have to comply with all of the Firearms Act and Regulations.

Your registration certificate will arrive (via the mail) shortly.
