I'll keep this as short as possible.

I am very impressed with FOC.

Visited the store this am, gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and actually had a personality unlike a couple other stores in the area.

The interaction was so effortless, they are now my go to store for all future purchases.

I just found out that this store was in Ajax a few weeks ago (after it being there for about a year now...) and I had the same experience, all I did was pick up some snap caps and the were very friendly, ended up staying around for 15 extra minutes for a few more questions and a chat.

Great people there, will definitely return because I've been travelling to some pretty far places since there aren't many small shops in the Durham Region, couple of big box... but no one likes big box.

Five Star rating for them and would recommend everyone check them out!!

I concur , the staff in this store is unbelievable. They are knowledgable , personable and go out of their way to serve the customer. Young guys, old fashion down to earth , customer satisfaction service.
 
bought my first restricted there AR15 windham ...and pistol coming this fall , those guys are pro when it come to customer service ...big shout out ( Alfred , Fred and the rest of FOC crew )
 
I emailed and asked about quite a few items, and had a quick response and they gang worked with me to find a solution, sadly the cash I had available for the purchase had to be used in other ways :(
I will deal with you guys at a point when I have the cash
 
I've dealt with them a few times now, and they've been great! Fast shipping that has shown up ahead of schedule.
They are more than willing to answer questions and make suggestions.
Will definitely be buying from them again.
