Firearms Verifier in NB

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place; but I'm looking for a firearms verifier here in NB. For changing classifications from NR to Restricted and vice versa. After the appropriate parts have been swapped of course.

I just reclassified my pistol from Prohibited to Restricted through e-mail and lots of pictures.

Call: 1-800-731-4000 ext 1090 Talk to a firearms technician for exact instructions
E-mail: firearmident@rcmp-grc.gc.ca all you information and pictures. You'll have to send multiple emails with pictures attached as their inbox only allows something around 5 - 6 MB files. Ask them for exact details and instructions.

It was easy.

Next time I'll be doing this method. I didn't know it was an option. Paid a local dealer 100$ to do it. 1.5 months later they still didn't send in the paperwork. They wouldn't send me a copy of the paper to do it myself either.

A lady at the CFO office ended up calling them and getting them to send the paperwork in.

Hopefully people that are thinking of switching classifications see your reply. Thanks!
