Hmm. When I finished building my now-prohibited "patrol carbine" (no, I'm not a cop, but that's what THEY call their "assault rifles") I phoned in the CFO office in Ontario (where I lived at the time) and verified it over the phone... Now, of course, they know I have the dosh-darned thing... Should have left it as "stripped receiver"...
