FireClean for your AR, Gun Oil, and the Canadian connection

Good show.

Hype does wonder to me. I bought the froglube and fireclean. The only difference is that I still use fireclean. Works as well as my no name oil that I bought off Amazon just because it came with that nifty needle dispenser.

In the other hand, frog lube is garbage and will only gum up my guns.

I have mixed results with Froglube in the process of taking it off most of my Firearms at this point, what did you use to get the froglube off?

I used isopropanol alcohol and washed it all out, got most if not all of it gone. I have been using it on a few knives without any issue, I guess that is what all leave it for and one shot gun...lol. Went back to breakfree clp...hahah.

So glad I stuck with Mpro 7 (I have over 5 gallons of the stuff), Wipeout and Weaponshield (I'm sure any oil would work in its place too).

Hmmmm......I'm still using Frog Lube, but admittedly, more as a preservative for storage than for anything else. And for knives.

Ballistol, Hoppe's, and G96 get the daily duties.

Well an update on the froglube. Test fired a few of my ARs there running fine had a few soft primer strikes. Ran a few mags there good now. Not impressed with that product at all.

just use clp, hoppes or ballistol, really why use unicorn horn dust mixed with angel tears?
so tired of this is used by special forces
ex navy seals invented this

who cares!

Lubriplate for me...dirt cheap and the perfect lube....that and atf on the rotating parts and springs

Awesome vid....

In theory it sounded great. When I picked it up. The last thing on my mind was some Seal invented it. But. Yeah. I pitty the fool who bothers with Froglube. It just doesn't work!

But there were dozens of guys on this forum saying Froglube was simply the best lube in existence. Could it be they didn't actually try a product before they start singing it's praises? Apparently, LOL.

I use a can of aerosol Pam. Vegetable based cooking oils are the the only thing that keep my guns running. Why pay more for fireclean?

Pam is also a good lube in your back pack for SHTF scenarios.... hunt my meat and nothing sticks to my camping skillet.

Because people don't know better. One of them lube his mags with Froglube, just to prove he doesn't know jack about lubrication 101.
