Fireforming 35Whln to 9.3x62...

am I right in lookin an thinkin the 35 whelen would whistle down the tube no worries ala fireforming new 9.3 brass??

full loaded factory round in a factory chambered tikka....


Major issue is the Case length of the Whelen prior to firing yeh?? this is nota good idea at all is it

Seems like a waste of good ammo.

At least pull the bullet, dump the powder and use faster powder and cream of wheat to blow out the case.

8 x 57 brass can be used but Tradex has a couple brands of new 9x 62 brass available.

Except for being 5mm too short. And the shoulder's in the wrong spot to boot.

hmm,
so I cant use 35 whelen brass but can use 3006 brass?

i'd be able to find plenty enough 06 brass, ill check out the Link 9.3m gave me, should have enough reading info...


id almost say I'm crazy for goin the 9.3 route with a 35 whelen I nthe safe too but the weight factor was the issue..... 3.4 V 3.9 LOL SFA..........
