Firing 55 grains vs 62 grain

Is there any noticeable difference in shooting 55 grain vs 62 grain in an AR15? Not theoretical differences but actual perceived differences in firing them.

The twist rate of the rifling will influence what weights it prefers.

I don't find any perceptible differences between 55 gn, 68 gn or heavier. I think much will have to do with your powder charge i.e. same heavier weight bullet loaded to same velocity as lighter bullet would have a bit more recoil.

Bullet weight is only one factor in felt recoil.

I have seen an accuracy difference between firing PMC 55gr and 62gr out of my 16" AR 1:7 twist

Grouping were a bit smaller and tighter. I want to try it with 55gr and 62gr reloads
