A routine inspection is to place the bolt in the stripped action and as you slide the bolt the last inch into full lock up, keep your thumb firmly against the back of the firing pin. As the bolt closed, feel with your thumb when the firing pin slides forward, simulating firing.
If the saftey bridge does not hold the firing pin back prior to final lock up, the receiver should be inspected by a professional.
For the most part, the chinese rifles have adequate safety bridge function that , as it should by design, prevent out of battery fire when bolt and trigger are functioning correctly.
