First .22

I've just gotten into the sport recently and I've been shopping around for a .22 to start off with. I think I've found the one I want, I very nice looking savage with a dark red-ish coloured wood stock. Now it comes with iron sights, the question I have is that in the future is it still possible to mount scope on it if i want?

Without knowing more details about the gun, its impossible to know for sure. But its VERY likely it will have grooves in the receiver that will allow you to mount a scope.
