First bolt action rifle. What to buy?

+1 for remingon 700 rifles. I have never had an issue with there target or hunting rifles. Like others have said there are lots of upgrades and parts availble for them.

So I think I'm gonna go for a savage Model: 10 FCP-SR. Anyone have one of these or shot one?

This one gets my vote! I have several Savages and they do shoot right out of the box My Precision Carbine in 308 was sub 1/2 moa out to 500m with factory match ammo. Best was .238 moa at 100 yards. I will sell you that one so I can buy the one in the link

Isnipe is the app. Best buy for the money I have all of them and use this one all the time.
