I purchased this Savage F/TR .308 in April. I have only put a box of factory Remingtons to sight in the scope. S3 Sightron 8x32x56.
Im very pleased with the results of the SMKs, I only wish I had done 5 rounds instead of the 3.
I will continue with the finer details of reloading to maintain the smiles.

Looks good. You don't see too many people using Benchmark in .308, but I know it is recommended with the lighter bullets.

Ha, i shoot at that range also. Did you have your power maxed out?

Varget apparently works well with 155's. Somewhere around the 46-47gr mark I believe.

Thousands of Palma shooters can't be wrong.
