Well have had the Rizzini for couple months but tried it out on skeet and was pleasantly surprised .It is the Artemis light so tips the scales at 5.4 lbs.under the advertised 5.6 but who's counting. It definitely a step up rom the Weatherby Orion points beautifully and the trigger is on par with my Beretta 680 which is great. The fit and finish is really impressive so am very tickled that I have a great upland gun. The weight worried me for clay games but the recoil is nothing compared to my model 12 turkey gun. Hope it stands up as I have heard of trigger issues with some after a few hundred rounds. Franchi 28 was a choice that I made as my Beretta a 400 and I could not seem to work together .It cycled great and was light but I couldn't hit a damn thing with it so moved on. The fit and finish on this Franchi is pretty nice considering it is an entry? level Italian gun. The patterning board tells me poi is slightly right of center and 50/50 on bottom and top barrel is centered and about 60/40 which I can live with. Rizzini is 50/50 on both barrels no side slip. The weight is slightly more than advertised at 6.3lbs. instead of 6. Comes up nice and broke 44 at trap with IC and Mod. shooting 3/4 ounce 8 .alternating barrels. The complaint I have is trigger creep and it is noticeable, can live with it as upland hunting is more forgiving than skeet or trap might see if it can be dealt with. All in all very pleased as I have pulled a Spank and liquidated quite a few of my gun safe queens and hopefully moved up to some that I will use more.
