I am a new RPAL holder and I just bought my first pistol online from Al Flaherty's. I don't have a club as yet. Is there any paper work I still have to do with my new purchase, inform anyone ? I see that the package is currently in transit. Any advise is welcome.

Depending on what province your in usually you will have to get a club membership before you apply for an ATT certificate to allow you to take it to a range.

This^^^^^^^^^^^^. And the CFO usually requires proof of a range membership for a LTATT.
WOO HOO for the M&P 40. I got one too. Aside from that, lol, you get your gun and then you have to join a club. then take the ATT course at your club. After that your club sends in your application for the ATT and a bit later your ATT gets emailed or comes to you in the mail
