First Restricted Rifle

So iv got my RPal coming next month and I want to get my first restricted rifle. I want to spend about 1500 befor tax. What do you think I should get. I was looking into ar15s and beretta storms. What other options do i have for that price ?

If $1500 is your budget for the rifle, no accessories/optics ect., defenitely go with an AR. As has been said, call Walter at ArmsEast, he really knows his stuff and the service is great.

If you don't want an AR, but still need to spend $1500, Marstar has a few new VZ58 variants due out very soon. Get two!

Get the AR.

Make sure you go with a flat top. You can always add a sight/carry handle to a flat top but it's hard to add a flat top to a carry handle.

Get an AR and a VZ .. VZ58 is the most fun you'll have with any 7.62x39mm shooter, ammo is cheaper than .223!
