10/22 is my first one too. standard version though. Put through about 300 rounds now. Works good. Eyes ... maybe not ;)

I'll be interested in knowing how that scope works out for you. I'm sort of in the market for one in the next 6 months or so.. (once I get tired of iron sights)

Nice setup....:)...my first 10/22 went into a Tapco as well ! :yingyang:

If you're ever thinking of using iron sites with the Tapco stock  , I find that the "bent arm" buttstock piece is invaluable....

Nice rifle my friend, I may buy one of those Tapco's as well, for when I'm up in the hills on my bike, would be nice and light for over the shoulder while riding :D

Took her to the range over the weekend and finally was able to zero the scope. Not bad for the price, it's no Leupold but for a 22 I found it to be totally adaquent and the knobs were easy to adjust. After zeroing was shooting 1-2 inch groups @ 50 yds.

yes indeed. I had originally installed that when i got the stock and tried it out with the scope, not much luck getting the right cheek weld or eye relief :T so i switched to the straight as is prescribed by Tapco.

But ya would definately need the bent for iron sights, with the straight stock you wouldn't be able to see anything on iron sights :p

Thats a real step up from my first gun, a Rabbit single shot .22 with stock and action held together with electrical tape.

It was a great gun to learn to shoot with but was glad to move to the 10/22 when I got older.

Currently on my third 10/22. The customizing gets addictive, but then you obviously have learned that.:D

haha, wicked MG setup, nice.

Yeah it is quite alot of glass but I like it so far, maybe one day I'll switch to something smaller. This is first rifle I've had so it's a bit of an experiment really.

Whoa, that's a lot of glass for a 100m toy! Teasing, do what ya like. Congrats on your new popper, I have a few 10/22 myself, nice rigs.
