I am still a little sticker shocked, but I picked up a Benelli SBE2 last night. Have been shooting a 1975 Rem Wingmaster 2 3/4" for three years and thought it was time to get a new waterfowler. Got home, disassembled, gave it a thorough wipe down and some oil. I was very suprised how simple it is to clean and how few parts there are. I always thought semi's would be more complicated...

Going out tomorrow morning for a cotton tail hunt and planning to go out for the feb27-early march goose hunt (ontario)

Welcome to the posting world..... Just a couple of pieces of advice..... This should go in the hunting and sporting shotguns forum, and also dressing in the dark is a bad idea because sometimes it keeps your socks from matching :)
....

Other than that, nice gun and happy hunting!

p.s; my wife wears different combos of socks all the time and I tease her too.

Hey.... They aren't white.... And I give the op a +1 for that..... And I am single, and do my own laundry and can't say I have never "faked it" in shoes for work..... Lol..... Just never posted it on the interwebs.... Lol

Agh! I forgot the snow geese hunt around Ottawa! Zut alors I think I threw out my migratory bird permit.

I was once told a long story by a man named lefty, which involved losing a finger.... he always swore that mathching socks were bad luck... Thats my story and i am sticking with it!

Thanks all for the comments! CGN is a sweet forum!

P.S I still have my wingmaster, no way i was letting that leave the safe.
