Well I had my first shoot with the 305 and it didnt blow up and I still got my junk between me legs :) So all the horror stories are like Grimms fairy tales.
After a bit of farting around to actually get on paper at 50 yds..a pleasant day was had by all.
The last time I fired 7.62 was a "Gimpy" back in 96, and to be honest thats a hard one to beat , specially when QE2 is buying the ammo :) and providing lunch. This thing just pisses all over SA 80 :)
Going out again tomorrow and as soon as get comfy with it I might get some pics up with groupings, but as it stands Im gonna hit what I point at, and thats a good starting point :)
ANYBODY thinking about getting one...go for it. Its as solid as a dump truck and actually works better than ######. Wonder if VA would pay for ammo ?

This is going to get expensive :)

Actually.........

Ahh........ the advice of wise men. I know the shops got at least one more and obviously its going to be twice the fun, so ..........off to town I go. So easy when you dont think about it too long eh..better buy some more ammo as well and a bi-pod and bore sighter plus that handloading gear ...Oh sh^t..Im hooked :))

Welcome to the pleasure of squeezing of a full power battle rifle over wonderful iron sights, the way it's supposed to be, ...right? ;)

Just lay there prone, jamming 5 round stripper's one after the other, smoothly into that Hungry beast,.......reposition the stock to your cheekweld, US style( I'm starting to sweat...), and feel your gonades growing from the rise in testosterone pulsing through your veins!:p

Did I mention it's the most fun I've had in a long time from a firearm.:)
Ammo cost is a restraint to me,..hope you have a bigger budget to get your M-14 fix:onCrack:.
