First shots at 200 with the Spaghetti Sharps

Well, got the 45/70 target rifle out for a quick spin at 200 meters.
initial loading shows promise in any event, it was fun more tan anything! LOL
bullets are 500 grain nominal but I think these ones weighed out to about 525 grains in front of 67 grains of FFG
The rifle is a 34" barrel Peddersoli target model
6X Malcolm scope.
really nice to shoot with the flatt butt plate on it .

I only took the pictures with my phone, but you can see the slightly dark spots where the bullets impacted.
Next outing will be more accurate for sure!

What style bullet is it? Mine shot great with 67.5 gr Swiss 1.5 fg

I was using two different bullets today, a 500 grain Lyman and a 425 grain powder coated of which i do not know the brand

Looks like the Lyman 457125/ government bullet. That one shot great for me

Yup the bigs ones shot well, as did the lighter PC'd bullets, which I am using to fire form the cases .

For me I just used them as cast and slip fit them in the fire formed case
