first time ammo purchase

Im looking to buy some 9mm luger ammo for my glock 17.

What is a good/cheap ammo to buy just for target practice?

the 2 test shot casing I got with my glock are 9mm luger. Is there a difference between 9mm and 9mm lugger?

Also my range does not allow steel shot or steel core ammunition. Any of these have a steel shot or steel core ammo?

Don't get the MFS yet. 9mm Luger, 9mm Para, 9mm NATO, 9x19 are all the same thing. All of the above links will work in your gun

The MFS is steel, the rest you listed are fine.

I like the MFS, cheap and decent quality. Dirty as heck though, I always clean really well after shooting it.

I hunt with MFS in my sks. Works fine. A bit dirty but alot better then surplus

MFS works great in my MP handguns need a scrub after so does the gun but worth the savings

Well the MFS says steel jacket, and LEAD core. If the range doesn't want "steel core" the MFS should be fine shouldn't it?

Try Marstar. I think they've got some really cheap 9mm.
