I saw the deal that one of the cgn sponsors just put up for a stripped nea lower and I decided I had to jump at it. I hope that was the right choice but it seemed like a really good deal. So many questions now that and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've searched the forums and it seems like there's lots of good information but also lots of differing opinions. I would prefer to build this on a budget and snag other deals as they come up. It's that a good strategy or is there some things that rarely come up as deals or are just cheap enough I should buy as is. I'm not scared to tinker and I'm excited to learn more about the rifle while building it. Are the individual pieced trigger kits really that much of a pain? Is it worth it for some sort of straight drop in? Also I'm seeing that some uppers May not fit properly but can be made to fit fairly easily. Will that effect performance or reliability at all? Really looking for any advice that the great cgn community has to offer.
