Just got back from the range with my Lithgow Mk. III, and what a blast from 100 yards first three shots were within 1.5 inches (two were less than an inch). Still need to sight in my old bushnell Sharpshooter, but I was impressed!
 
The old Enfields are capable of some impressive groups, and are tough as nails. Wait til you get into a "mad minute" competition. They have got to be my favorite!
 
Nice. I have to admit that I love taking my NO.1 and No.4 out every now and then. Each time, I walk away amazed at such accuracy from such old (sometimes mistreated) guns. I paid a total of $170 for both of mine and wouldn't dream of parting with them.
