First time waterfowl hunting

Well I had my first water fowl experience today. It was AWESOME. 1 experienced hunter with my buddy and I (Newbs). We built a home made blind, got some permission and went for it this am. Managed to get 5 mallards and 1 snowgoose. I got the snow goose (walked up on it and got it when it was in flight.) and then 1 of the mallards. Going back in the morning hoping for more geese. Safe to say I’m hooked, got it done with 3 old mossberg 500s. I’m the 3rd owner in the family of mine and was able to report to my great uncle that the old girl is still putting meat on the table
