In the times where we find that poor communication and lack of customer service seems to be the norm amongst a large majority of businesses, I felt that it was important to highlight my first experience with TNA.

I placed an online order with TNA, requested follow up products be added to my order that were out of stock, staff confirmed product availability and timelines when out of stock products would be available, staff reached out numerous times (I’m high needs) to discuss my order, staff closed the loop that all items were in stock and they were ready to complete my order, pleasant phone conversation, order was shipped out immediately and arrived as estimated and as ordered.

I appreciate the effort put in by the team at TNA… a positive experience!

TNA is great.

They always get back to you, even if you hit their VM.

Placed a phone order on a few items that were not available on their website a few weeks back. My order appeared the next day at my doorstep!
 
Great guys to deal with.

Ordered something on Friday and realized I could add something else at the same time after placing my order. Got a follow-up email over the weekend and completed the transaction on Monday.

Delivered today (Wednesday!)
