First Visit to ATRS

Stopped in today for a look around and ended up with a BAD lever and a 20/5 pmag. Nice little store with a lot of the things I have been ordering from Brownells. I will be back for sure..

They said there is a pile of AR goodness awaiting customs clearance and should be in the store soon after.

Was driving through Blue Country today and made special plans to stop in and check the place out. Am I ever glad I wrote down the address; there's nothing outside the store advertising their location!



I'm not sure who was working but I got talking to both of them and they were both very patient and helpful. Now, by 'helpful' I mean they were quick to kill my dream build of a 7mm WSM in an AICS. Apparently WSMs don't like AI mags, or any DBM for that matter. So now starts the research into the 280AI :/

Also, I got to fondle the AICS for the first time, and the words 'milk jug' came to mind. Also, 'Glock'... Odd....



And so begins the search for the new dream build. Needless to say, I see myself back in that store in the 'near' future. Maybe on the way home next year
