Thought I'd share my fix for installing a scattergun tech 2 shot exension on an 870 express.
The Problem: Express barrel does not contain the ball detent that will alow the extension to be tightened and remain secure.
The Fix: Bought a rubber o-ring at home depot, O-ring is sized so that it slides snug on the magazine. Tighten on the extension by hand and your set.
Cost was aound $3 for a pack of o-rings.
I fired a crap load of slugs/buckshot through it today, no problems, remained nice and snug, yet you can still disassemble by hand.
I'm sure there are other methods, but I thought posting this may help some other members after they remove those pesky dimples in the mag tube.
