Fixed Power Scope Options / Recommendations

I'm looking for an another scope for precision rifle shoots - I presently use a fixed 10x power B&L, but due to the acknowledgment that I can no longer continue to ignore age I'm looking for something stronger, but less than 20x. I also want to remain with fixed power, due to a better eye relief. Any recommendations, considering that I'm also looking for a mildot reticle?? Primary rifle is a Remington 700 SA in .308 (the 10x B&L will soon find a new home on a .223 Remington 700 SA). Appreciate your thoughts - thanks!

leupold Mark 4 LR/T in fixed 16x?

lots of eye relief, very crisp and clear, side focus, mildot, and isnt as hard on the bank as most other big brands like S&B haha.. but if money is of no object then go for the S&B PM range!

Try and find a SWFA Super Sniper in fixed 20x. Rock solid design and come with mil dots as well as a huge adjustment range.

One of the guys at our club is shhoting a Super Sniper in 16X and it seems like a very nice scope.
