Anyone have experience with flash hiders and their PCC, particularly as it applies to effect, if any, on accuracy?

Same as with any other type of firearm - If they machining on the device is better than the bare muzzle (AND if the threads on the muzzle are true), it might help. Otherwise it will probably make it worse (maybe insignificant though).

Mounted correctly (tightly) a flash suppressor should have no impact on accuracy ... at least none you'd notice on a PCC.

Muzzle brakes might impact accuracy as they are shearing gas off the stream pushing the bullet, but once again, this is a PCC.

On a PCC they just add muzzle weight and do nothing to tame recoil. There is not enough gas to make it work unlike an Open division pistol which usually runs 9mm Major loads. Most of the time the flash hider or brake gets carboned up due to the fact that most PCC's are direct blow back and send a bunch of crud out the muzzle. We have played the PCC game since it started and if you want some cool factor the have at it. Otherwise, invest the money in ammo or better internals so it runs smoother. Depending on what model you have, you're better off playing with the recoil system to tame the bolt cycle and make followup shots faster.

Yeah, If there’s no material advantage then why bother? The Ruger is heavy enough to begin with and the recoil is negligible especially with the MCarbo buffer installed.

So you are saying that a FLASH HIDER doesn't act as a MUZZLE BRAKE? Really? Whoda thunk it?

I tried a bird cage flash hider on my Ruger and also a brake. Both shifted the group about 2" at 50 yards, and opened it a bit.
