I don't even set the lock collar on mine. Just one or two light turns is all you need on new brass, then the job is done forever. The goal is not really to chamfer the inside of the flash hole, but just to knock off the burrs left from punching the flash hole. As has been eluded too, setting the stop-collar means you will index off the case mouth, so unless you want to fiddle with trimming each case to within 0.001" of each other (PITA!!) then it's just as effective to go by feel.
