Just did another batch of .260 Remington Brass with my Sinclair Falsh Hole "Uniformer". There are no burrs on the Remington brass whereas there are on Winchester and Federal, some so noticeable the burr has to be removed in degrees a bit at a time. The Remington flash holes are also smaller and the tip has to be forced into the hole. A number of years ago the flash holes in Norma were considerably smaller, maybe as much as 1/64th of an inch.
Anyone have a similar experience? What does Remington do different in their process?

Beats me, I use lots of Remington brass, and when I uniform the primer pockets and flash-holes, more often then not I find burrs. Are Remington flash-holes any smaller? I haven't noticed if they are, but I uniform the flash-holes and primer pockets of new brass before I use it, so I've had no issues with de-capping pins being pulled out. IMHO, of the three major American players, Winchester, Remington, and Federal, Winchester produces the best brass in terms of uniformity and of being the correct hardness, in that the primer pockets stay tighter for a few more reloads than the competition's.

"...What does Remington do different..." Different size punch/drill. The size of the flash hole doesn't make much, if any, difference. Unless it's too big.
