Flintlock Gunsmith

I picked up a custom built flinter in 45. It came with a percussion lock and bolster. Would like the sear on the percussion lock lengthened to the same as the flinter. Also would like the frizzen redone. The locks are Russ Mann locks. Possible put in set triggers.

Russ Mann or Russ Hamm? If the latter, they have been out of production for a long time.
By frizzen redone, do you mean rehardened?
Do the locks have flies in the tumblers? In not, installing double set triggers is going to get even more complicated.

Yes rehardened. There is a fly that is interchangeable between the locks.
