flli serena .410 info needed

i have a 410 shot gun that was given to me. only markings on it are F.lli serena brescia - italy brevettato mod. depositato. im looking for some info about the gun and also want to know if it restricted or not. my camera is down but it looks like this one except my stock is permenant.

Note that it was built with this 20,5" barrel because that was the limit in the U.K. for smooth-bore firearms to not require a licence.

Nifty thing, but it is _definitely_ Restricted in Canada, despite the barrel length or permanency of the stock. It is designed to be aimed and fired by the action of one hand, so it is a handgun. (These were sold by the big mail-order guys before, and they were probably non-handguns back in the day…)

wow cool info. the fellow that gave me the gun also gave me the registration papers from back when the gun registry was in effect and it was registered as non restricted.
