no need to break links for this.

Nice to see so many Canucks in the top 10. FattyB wins Limited, Freedom Ventures takes a 2nd in Limited 10, and Zaistev takes a 6th in Production. Impressive guys. well done.

Should have been second but I got two massive jams on stage 8 that cost me 50 match points and I lost second place by 46 points:bangHead: . Note to self: clean your mags when you shoot somewhere where there is a lot of sand. I guess we never stop learning:p

But on the other hand, it was an amazing match. Really hard match but we had a blast. Weather was exceptional, food was delicious and we made some new friends and met some old ones as well. I look forward to next year's Florida Open already.

LOL ifa coulda shoulda woulda dude. Still a phenomenal finish man.

You had a jam at MIC and then also at the Florida open,....were you able to narrow it down to tell what the problem has been (mag, ammo, sizing, etc.)

Having only missed one of the 11 Florida Opens, I can safely say this one had the best stages so far.

Lots of challenging stuff; no stages less than 30 rounds, a few options in most stages (at least for us production and L-10 guys) Bobbers, Drop Turners, big and large poppers, snapshot clamshells. Forwards, backwards, stages that favored lefties and righties; they had it all.

We had an awesome squad; 3 new US shooters, a nice American and 5 of us Canadians.

I'll be back for #12 next year - Just gotta find someplace to shoot some USPSA classifers before next year, though...:D

an option might be for IPSC Canada to purchase a USPSA Club membership then we could hold USPSA qualifiers and submit them. IPSC Alberta use to do this in the pre form 6 days.

Sand is evil dude. I wish we could hard chromed mags of the same quality as they do gun finishes. Would be better for lubricity.
