I have many Remmy rifles with fluted bolts and all is well ! so Far ! Tikka now has factory fluted bolts in many of there models also - Now maybe they start with a thicker bolt wall tube then a non fluted - I don’t know ? I only have mine done for LOOK’s ! JMO. RJ
