Howdy all. I recently purchased a lovely FN Browning 1922, a Dutch contract in great condition, and have been doing some research on them. I understand that the upper portions on 1910s and 1922s are fully interchangeable (save for a 1910 barrel in a 1922 slide), but does that legacy continue on to the later 1955 and 1971 versions? Will my .380 1922 barrel for and work in a 1971? I know of a prohibited 1971 in .32 that id love to get my hands on, but the only way to do that is to sub out that barrel for a .380 one. Any knowledge to share?

And my new acquisition:

I have a 1910, a 1922 and a 115. The barrel from the 1922 will work in the 115. The magazines won't. The slides are interchangeable but may not be exactly drop-in - some fitting may be required (which is true for 1910/1922 as well).
