FN Browning Trigger / Lock Time

I've been improving my rebarrelled Browning FN Mauser 6mmRem with new optics, now I'm thinking that there might be room for improvement in the trigger pull & lock time.

Is there any way to adjust the trigger pull down a bit? Mine is fairly heavy, probably fine for hunting but not so good for a target / varmint rifle. What about swapping in an aftermarket trigger?

Also, the bolt probably needs cleaning, is it difficult to disassemble?
