See the adverts at the top of the page? Click on "FAQ" in the panel just under the ads. That will take you to a page with a section "Search FAQ" under the ads, and under that you'll see "CGN Rules, Policies, Guidelines" and in that section there's a link for "How to gain access to Equipment Exchange." When you get that access, you can post a Want To Buy ad in the EE Parts forum, which will be your best bet for finding parts that someone is actually willing to sell. Welcome and good luck, newbie.
