I'm curious as to why these are popping up in so many places for cheap. Also, do they have manual safeties or night sights?

i was talking to a guy at the store wher i just bought mine for 419 (last one sorry) he said the manufacturers had a 75 dollar additional discount to resalers for a limited time, they sold out fast across teh country reg price is back upto 599 i think
