FN high power w/target sights?

Hey guys. I recently purchased this FN browning high power. It was a re blue at one point so markings are very hard to see and I haven't made out exactly what they are yet but I can read fabrique national on the slide. My question is these sights that are on it are they aftermarket or. Special order original? Any help is greatly appreciated. Not sure why my photos didn't work but I posted one in the comments.

Also known as the "beer can" sight.

Dawson precision has a really nice new set of fiber optics that you might consider. Fixed sights, but they guarantee point of impact is correct or they will make you a front sight of the proper height to get the proper point of impact. For some reason or other, they made them about the same height as those early sights of yours, and not the lower height of all the current Mk III Hi Powers:
