Just question -- how will you mock up a plug and mold? I'm not familiar with the terminology...I'm interested in the project. Your drawings look great..but how will you do it and not blow significant $$$$$$$???

Maybe generation 2. The original concept would be a light shell.

As for the concept, this is NOT a bullpup stock even though it looks like a bullpup. How is this project any different than this?

Draw the entire thing in 3d and then send it out to be machined from a block of plastic. Simple!
