Hi,
My dad has two fn pistols that are 12(6) that I would like to inherit through 12(7) a model 1906 .25 and a model 1910 in .32. I need to prove productions dates before 46 for 12(7) and I beleive these both qualify but how do i prove it??
All help appreciated either post here or pm
thanks
Andy

Try the FN Historical Society http://www.fn-browning.com/

A true FN 1906 was made between 1931 and 1940 and had 4,000,000 of them made

so obviously that answer is obvious

for the 1910 was produced under that name until 1983 so tracking it down could be a little harder

I just aquired a FN 1900 the first auto slide JMB made and they were 700,000 of them made(mine is ser#373XX)which would probably put it at about 1903 or so,but they made them for about 11 years then the 1910 mod came about . So yours could be easily identifyed by Ser# .

Of course I'm talking the .32acp.
