Fnar .308?

Saw one of these at the local gun shop for sale, was tempted to get it but I don't know much about it other then its a semi auto .308 supposedly fairly accurate this one has the heavy barrel on it. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this rifle and if they'd recommend it?

I have one. It's awesome. It a 1moa gun with match ammo. Very reliable. I've fired 600+ rounds with no FTF or FTEs.

It's not a milspec gun so take down does require a few tools but it's not hard to do.

Just saw the rifle you mentioned, and figured I'd ask (being canada and all, with no logic in gun laws)..

if the FNAR non-restricted?

the FNAR is NR with a barrel over 18.5" and OAL over 26"

Yes. It's based off of the Browning BAR hunting rifle.
