FNAR barrel threading

I'm going to try to source barrel threading and and see if it's possible to mount a short piccatiny rail for a front site for my 20" Heavy. I'm not in a hurry but if and when I find anything I'll post it here.
 
I did mine almost 6 years ago when I had access to a lathe. It turned out great. Ill have to sort out a few pics. The biggest problem I remember was removing the barrel retaining hardware. Stripped one a bit. Had to use a little heat to move them. I believe they had some blue loctite on them.
